What we will be doing.

• Rewriting stories from limiting beliefs to limitless ones that align with our values and vision.

• Learning to heal trauma within our bodies by learning to feel core emotions: Grief, Anger, Shame, and Joy.

• Embodying the Warrior: Building a powerful relationship with death and our boundaries with self and others.

• Embodying the Magician: Coming face to face with our fear and our vision. Learning where we are being led by our shadow and designing a vision to the compass of our dream life.

• Embodying the Lover: Learning to heal our shame, and exploring where we are showing up in our addict or the impotent lover. Then cultivating a deeper connection to our joy and seeing where we hold back our expression.

• Embodying the King: Embracing our power, exploring where we are not stepping in, and where we are being tyrants and controlling others out of fear. As King’s we will also be creating time to deepen our relationship with the earth and what it is asking of us as our highest form of service.

• Habits: You will be given specific homework each week to do in your own time. One part everyone will do that will connect with the theme of the week. The other will be the unique habits that will be game changers in your life. You will learn how to create effective systems for your habits from “Atomic Habits” and integrate these into your life. When you leave the container the weekly calls will end but your new way of living will not for it will be built in a sustainable and empowering way.

• Men’s Work: You will be in a group of 8 men through this journey of transformation. Each man holds a pillar of leadership of the container. By showing up in your full presence you will not only be supporting yourself but supporting each other. You will learn to provide reflections, empathy, and feedback. You will be challenged and you will learn to challenge others. You will also be paired up, and with your accountability partner connect every week or more if you wish to support each other in staying accountable to the homework and your own habits. Together we will unravel our relationships to men, masculine power, and our sexuality.

This course is a system. A group of skills and structures for you to continue practicing throughout your entire life. Always evolving a heavenly headspace, emotional mastery, and a purpose, mission, and vision aligned with your greatest excitement. Living through passion and while making a positive impact on the world. All while building connections with growth minded men creating a pack of brothers supporting you to be your best self.

This system is what I have distilled from my years of inner work as the simplest way a man can step into embodiment and truth beyond the pulls of society. It is what has taken me from a scared and ashamed boy disconnected from his emotions or purpose, to a man living in inner freedom, growing everyday, on a mission to facilitate the evolution of masculinity.

Cost: $1000-$1500 Sliding Scale. $650 to secure a spot, then a payment upon completion August 28th of $350-850. This is the most cost effective way of working with me, I have a sliding scale so that if this work radically changes your life like it has for so many, and you have the financial means you can offer more. These donations are greatly appreciated as they allow me to give scholarships to men who have the drive but not the means. It also supports me in further investing in my education. This course is packed with value and will provide a system that will keep on giving throughout your life. If you are a full yes to this work but do not have the money for the full deposit I do offer payment plans.

This price will only be for the first round of this updated course. I have ran a similar version for years but have updated it to hone in the system and offer more of the fundamental knowledge and skills men can use to strengthen their foundaton.

Once you complete this course you not only will continue to have the support of your group and the full EM community but you will also be connected to all participants of the Embodied Evolution program. Then, next year, if you are ready for the next step you will be able to join the container for Initiation.

Level 1-Self Led

Recognizing your shadows, discovering the vision of your dreams, building the tools and habits to get you there while cultivating inner peace and passion.

Level 2- Initiation

A combination of an online container, in person retreat, and a ritual initiation, to give you the opportunity of being initiated as a leader. Paving your way forward in deeper connection to the earth as a man serving the good of all. You will learn to lead your own men’s groups including the EM online group as a training ground for your leadership. Then when you are ready, and we are as well as we do not have a date locked in, we will create…

Level 3-Facilitator. This will be a combination of trainings, requirements, and initiations for you to learn how to facilitate men as a coach and in our Expansive Man containers.

Right now, it’s about you, steep in your potential, and feel into whether you are ready for this great step into your power.
