I have a professional counsellor degree from Rhodes college, and have been trained as a men’s work facilitator with Sacred Sons. Beyond that my training has been my surrender to leading my life through love and exploring many modalities of healing.

I grew up suppressing most of my expression, instead caretaking those around me. I lived largely in fear and eventually became depressed and suicidal for over half a decade. Living in a balance of apathy, fear, shame, and grief.

 I didn't feel safe to ask for help for years but when I finally did everything changed. I went to therapy and by sharing my story, I let a major weight off my back. Over time I started feeling a lot better until I found modalities like somatic therapy, dance, and breathwork. Then my whole world opened up. 

As I transmuted the stuck trauma from my body I reached a newfound freedom that I continue to unlock deeper layers of today. I created the space to unlearn who I was and become who I desired to be.

From this I spawned the Embodied Evolution method which is combining talk therapy with the various body therapies I have learned so that we are integrating our transformation into our cells on a felt level rather than just mental.

My pain has become my purpose and provided the lessons to hold impeccable containers. Now I dedicate my life to creating spaces for others to heal and express their truth alongside me. Through Synergy Ecstatic Dance, Expansive Man, one on one sessions, and my daily presence. 

Never forgetting to have fun along the way.
